🚀 Hiring: End User AI Tooling Developer – AI / LLM / MCP 📍 Location: Toronto- Hybrid (3 days onsite) 💰 Rate: 90-95$/hr We are looking for a hands-on End User AI Tooling Developer to join an enterprise AI team supporting Cloud Desktop and AI initiatives. This is a highly technical role focused on connecting enterprise AI assistants to internal systems, building reusable AI capabilities, and helping business users turn real-world workflow challenges into scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong Python development, practical LLM/GenAI experience, and experience working with AI agents, APIs, integrations, retrieval, and evaluation. Hands-on experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a strong differentiator, but candidates with strong adjacent AI integration and software engineering experience are encouraged to apply. Must Haves: • 7+ years of hands-on software development experience, with strong Python expertise. • Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, AI platforms, plugins, connectors, or similar enterprise AI tooling. • 3+ years experience with LLMs / Generative AI, including tool use, AI agents, agentic patterns, RAG/retrieval, and evaluation. • 2+ years experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) is highly preferred. • 7+ years experience with APIs, integrations, Git, OAuth, SSO, authentication, authorization, and enterprise security concepts. • Understanding of data classification, entitlements, audit logging, and secure enterprise integrations. • Financial services or other regulated-industry experience is an asset.

Requirements

Candidates should also have extensive experience with APIs, integrations, and enterprise security; MCP experience is highly preferred, and regulated-industry experience is an asset.
