Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Mechanical Assembler (Evening) in the Electro-Mechanical Industry in Ottawa, Ontario. The Electro-Mechanical Assembler assembles raw materials per specifications and ensures quality (and safety!) is a priority. This position requires strong attention to detail and is ideal for someone with a mechanical aptitude and experience with robotic operation is an asset. Responsibilities Assemble raw materials/components according to procedures and provided diagrams, drawings, schematics, and/or descriptions Work with technicians and act as support when problems arise Some testing and calibration duties as required Requirements High School Diploma, minimum requirement Previous experience in the same or a similar position is preferred Total Rewards $19.00 hourly Evening shift from 4 pm - 12 am, Monday - Friday 10% evening shift premium in addition to base rate 3 - 8 weeks of training (Training takes place from 8 am - 4 pm) Weekly pay including 4% vacation pay Health & Dental Benefits Soft Skills Strong communication This posting is for an active opening. Requirements

A high school diploma is the minimum education requirement, and previous experience in the same or a similar position is preferred. Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude are important; robotic operation experience is an asset.
