Technical Operations Technician

On-site · Edmonton

Responsible for the assembly, preparation, and testing of Slot and VLT terminals for deployment across gaming networks. This includes installing hardware and software, performing diagnostic tests, and managing the salvage process for removed equipment.

Release Analyst

On-site · Edmonton

Manage and optimize the release and change management lifecycle across enterprise platforms to ensure stable production deployments. Coordinate between business partners, external vendors, and IT teams while overseeing technical reviews and incident workflows.

QA Environment Analyst

On-site · Edmonton

The QA Environment Analyst coordinates non-production environments to ensure stability, security, and alignment with enterprise releases. Key duties include managing environment lifecycles, scheduling refreshes, and governing test data and account access.

Integration Analyst

Hybrid · Edmonton

Design, develop, and maintain modern integration flows using MuleSoft and Azure Integration Services to connect complex enterprise platforms. Provide technical leadership through mentoring, code reviews, and the implementation of secure API frameworks and cloud automation.

Inspector

The Inspector ensures the integrity of licensed liquor and cannabis establishments by conducting inspections and investigations to verify compliance with provincial acts and policies. Key duties include investigating complaints, educating licensees, and providing evidence at Board Hearings.
