Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un.e acheteur stratégique pièces de détails pour rejoindre notre équipe achats matériels et pièces basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada) Votre rôle en tant qu’acheteur stratégique pièces de détail sera de consolider l'ensemble des activités transversales de l'équipe, mettre en place et gérer la gouvernance ainsi que le calendrier des activités de l'équipe et soutenir le déploiement du tableau de bord de l’équipe et mener à bien le rythme des activités. Vos défis : Consolider l'ensemble des activités transversales de l'équipe ( projets / Planification / Coûts / Risques & Opps) par commodités. Mettre en place et gérer la gouvernance ainsi que le calendrier des activités de l'équipe (Revue feuille de route, gouvernance interne , Interaction SteerCo...) Soutenir le déploiement du tableau de bord de l’équipe et mener à bien le rythme des activités. Occasionnellement effectuer la mise en œuvre de la gouvernance pour les nouveaux projets, notamment : structure des réunions, système de suivi des projets, y compris les indicateurs clés de performance et le suivi des actions. Participer à l'élaboration de la feuille de route et du plan annuel d'évolution des stratégies d’achats. Contribuer aux activités de sourcing, gérer les appels d'offres et la négociation des contrats afin d'obtenir les meilleures conditions d'achat en accord avec les exigences de la Société. Assurer le suivi du contrat (pendant les phases d'innovation, de développement, de production et de support) auprès des fournisseurs et des partenaires internes à la Société afin d'assurer l'application complète des conditions et des modalités du contrat pendant toute sa durée et garantir que les livrables fournis par les prestataires sont en tous points conformes aux performances attendues (logistique, support, qualité, coût...). Gérer au quotidien les relations avec les fournisseurs et les projets en cours afin d'optimiser la valeur pour le client, tout en minimisant le TCO (coût de propriété total) et les risques. Animer une ou plusieurs Sous-MFT et Participer aux MFT/MDT (équipes multi-fonctionnelles/multi- divisionnelles) tout au long des phases d'appel d'offres, de négociation et d'exécution du contrat. Contribuer à la mise en place de solutions digitalisées Se conformer aux documents de procédure d'Airbus. Votre profil : De l'expérience dans le domaine de l'approvisionnement, préférablement plusieurs années dans le domaine aéronautique Connaissance contractuelle efficace et négociateur international avec une expérience commerciale et contractuelle éprouvée, ainsi qu'une connaissance juridique. Expérience dans la gestion des relations avec les fournisseurs et l'approvisionnement, ou autre expérience équivalente dans la gestion de parties prenantes externes. Négociation Un niveau avancé d'anglais et une connaissance pratique du français sont requis Solides compétences relationnelles et bonne gestion des parties prenantes : écoute, négociation, Gestion des conflits, communication et compétences interculturelles dans un contexte international. Capacité à être flexible, pragmatique et à avoir un style de travail analytique tout en ayant une bonne attention aux détails Bonne capacité à travailler de manière autonome au sein d'équipes internationales dans un environnement exigeant et en constante évolution. Your role as a Strategic Buyer of Detail Parts will be to consolidate all cross-functional team activities, establish and manage the team's governance and activity calendar, support the deployment of the team dashboard, and ensure the smooth execution of activities. Your challenges : Consolidate all cross-functional activities of the team (projects / Planning / Costs / Risks & Opps) per commodity. Set up and manage the governance as well as the calendar of the team's activities (Roadmap review, internal governance, Interaction SteerCo...) Support the deployment of the team dashboard and drive the pace of activities. Occasionally perform governance implementation for new projects including: meeting structure, project tracking system including key performance indicators and action tracking. Participate in the development of the roadmap and the annual plan for the evolution of purchasing strategies. Contribute to sourcing activities, manage tenders and contract negotiations in order to obtain the best purchasing conditions in accordance with the Company's requirements. Monitor the contract (during the innovation, development, production and support phases) with suppliers and internal partners of the Company in order to ensure full application of the terms and conditions of the contract throughout its duration and guarantee that the deliverables provided by the service providers comply in all respects with the expected performance (logistics, support, quality, cost, etc.). Manage day-to-day supplier relationships and ongoing projects to maximize customer value, while minimizing TCO (total cost of ownership) and risk. Lead one or more Sub-MFT and Participate in MFTs/MDTs (multi-functional/multi-divisional teams) throughout the tendering, negotiation and contract execution phases. Contribute to the implementation of digital solutions Comply with Airbus procedural documents. Your boarding pass : Experience in the field of supply, preferably several years in the aeronautical field. Effective contractual knowledge and international negotiator with proven commercial and contractual experience, as well as legal knowledge. Experience in supplier relationship management and procurement, or other equivalent experience in managing external stakeholders. Negotiation An advanced level of English and a working knowledge of French are required Solid relational skills and good management of stakeholders: listening, negotiation, Conflict management, communication and intercultural skills in an international context.
