Hourly base pay: $30.60 What You’ll Do * Manage your own route, delivering products and ensuring customer satisfaction * Upsell, cross‑sell, and introduce new products to maximize customer value * Build strong relationships, resolve concerns, and keep customers coming back * Operate and maintain a company vehicle safely and professionally * Handle payments, paperwork, and keep accounts organized * Participate in promotions, contests, and training to sharpen your skills What We’re Looking For * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record * At least 1 year of safe driving experience * Strong customer service and sales skills * Excellent communication and time management abilities * Team player who can follow direction and meet performance goals * Ability to recognize product types, sizes, and colors, and handle basic math accurately * Safety-sensitive role; drug and alcohol testing is required Physical Demands * Sitting, grasping, and driving for extended periods * Stooping and climbing stairs * Lifting up to 75 lbs. * Walking, writing, hearing, and speaking clearly Schedule * 4 days per week * 10 hours each scheduled day Compensation & Benefits * Pay: $30.60 per hour + commission based on route revenue * Benefits: Pension plan, Health & Dental Benefits Are you ready to hit the road and grow with us?
