More than a job: a mission We're looking for a motivated Intern in Data Engineering (Winter 2027) to join our team in St-Bruno, for a 12-month duration. You'll collaborate with passionate experts shaping the next generation of digital rail mobility. Your role, your impact Assist in developing data analysis scripts using Python to support predictive maintenance and performance insights. Create visual dashboards and KPIs using Tableau integrated within Alstom's Health Hub service. Contribute to maintenance optimization by analyzing data from telematics and diagnostics systems. Participate in improving data mining algorithms and system alerts for fleet monitoring. Support system integration by exploring digital tools and legacy data platforms. You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility. As a Digital Services Intern, you’ll contribute directly to smarter, more sustainable transport systems. What you bring Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong interest in digital technology and data analytics applied to mobility systems. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C++, Java, or VBA. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is an asset. Bilingual proficiency in English and French, with strong motivation and analytical skills. How success is measured Timely and accurate delivery of data models, dashboards, and analysis reports. Demonstrated improvement in maintenance performance through data insights. Commitment to learning, initiative, and active engagement with cross-functional teams.
