PURPOSE OF THE JOB * You manages Schematic & Apparatus resources (functional) and activities on the project you are responsible. * You are responsible of the electrical deliveries for each electrical baseline of the project you are contributing to. * Build and develop the S&A technical competency in the Team. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Quality of your delivery • Respect of the delivery planning • Level of application of standard PPL • Configuration management of their deliverables • Continuous improvement or Return on Experience (RoE) management from previous projects Accountable for: • Delivery of the right product (respect all the requirements) at the right moment to the CDL/HDL, the product consisting into the complete electrical case or a set of electrical deliverables for each baseline made of : o Functional Diagram and Wiring Diagram o Cubicle Design Electrical documents o Harness Delivery for Looms & Cubicles o Participating in the electrical architecture at train level o Applying of the Metier rules and processes. Responsible for: • Managing the S&A QCD of their project, • Managing S&A workload of their project and effective utilisation of S&A Designer • Sub-contracting management (definition, monitoring, acceptance) REQUIRED PROFILE: Experience: * Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent * 5 years or more of relevant experience * Electrical and electro technique engineering knowledge * E3 or any other electrical CAD experience (at least 3 years) * Experience in activity and team management (at least 2 years) * Creation, modification or verification of electrical schematic * Selection and sizing of cable or other electrical components * Panel or harnesses manufacturing production support * Railway experience would be an asset * Catia V5 would be an asset Competencies & skills: • Good Communications and interpersonal skills • Customer Focus • Structured and organised with Hands-on approach • Fluent in French & English • Resilience • Able to work in an international, multi-site and matrix organization structure • Force of proposal to improve processes and deliverables Bilingualism Proficiency in French and English is required. Knowledge of a third language is considered an asset when working with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues, and customers.
