SEASONAL- FULL TIME WAGE- 20.02 WHAT WILL I BE DOING? The purpose of this role is to follow recipes, chef guidance, SOPs, and safety regulations while ensuring cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the assigned station and kitchen, and delivering high-quality, properly served food and beverage products Follow recipes and instructions to prep and cook meals in large/small quantities. Understand food sanitation, First in First Out (FIFO) and food storage. Learn and receive training to develop technique. Prioritize job duties based on importance. General knife skills. Is aware of and is compliant with the standards and tactics of the business unit as directed by their leaders through training and coaching.
