Working alongside the administrative team and closely with managers, you’ll help create a welcoming, organized experience while supporting individuals who may be navigating challenging financial circumstances. Your Responsibilities • You’ll answer incoming calls, greet visitors and manage email and fax communications in English and French. • You’ll schedule and reschedule appointments and coordinate daily schedules. • You’ll receive, record and process client payments while maintaining accurate client information. • You’ll prepare client and creditor documentation and support administrative processes related to insolvency files. • You’ll manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier arrangements, filing and office documentation. • You’ll order office and kitchen supplies and provide general administrative support. Skills and Qualifications • 3+ years of receptionist or administrative experience. • Fluency in written and spoken English and French is required. • Strong Microsoft Office skills. • Excellent organizational, multitasking and attention-to-detail skills. • Strong judgment and discretion when working with confidential client information. • A calm, empathetic approach to conflict resolution and client interactions. • A proactive, committed and collaborative mindset, with the confidence to take initiative.
