You’ll bring accounting expertise and leadership to a business preparing for its next stage of growth. Working closely with finance colleagues and senior leadership, you’ll oversee reporting, lead external audits, and support an accounting systems implementation. Your Responsibilities You’ll oversee accounting and financial reporting, ensuring accurate, timely information. You’ll lead external audits, coordinate requests, and explain accounting positions. You’ll contribute to a Yardi implementation, connecting system capabilities with accounting and reporting needs. You’ll manage and coach staff, establishing clear expectations and supporting their development. You’ll strengthen processes and controls while explaining financial results to leadership and responding to board questions. Skills and Qualifications Progressive accounting experience within real estate development, including responsibility for financial reporting. Experience directly managing accounting or finance staff. Demonstrated ownership of external audits and sound accounting judgment. Strong accounting systems skills. Yardi experience is an asset. Clear communication and the confidence to work independently with senior stakeholders.
