This is an opportunity to provide strategic Talent Acquisition support to a diverse portfolio of primarily SaaS, software, and technology operating companies across North America. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work directly with CEOs, founders, and senior business leaders to help them define and attract the talent their organizations need. Many of these businesses are smaller, entrepreneurial companies whose leaders may not have previously worked with a dedicated Talent Acquisition partner. You will manage recruitment across several operating companies simultaneously, learning each organization’s culture, values, business model, and employer brand. This role requires a unique combination of recruiter, consultant, relationship builder, and employer-brand ambassador who can deliver outstanding hiring outcomes in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment. What’s In It for You • Join a people-first organization that values collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement • Partner directly with CEOs, founders, and senior leaders across a diverse portfolio of software businesses • Influence hiring strategy by advising leaders on role scope, compensation, market conditions, and talent availability • Recruit for a variety of Go-to-Market, technology, and senior leadership positions • Help smaller organizations establish thoughtful and scalable hiring practices • Build your expertise across different companies, cultures, business models, and employer brands • Receive a competitive base salary of $105,000–$125,000, four weeks of vacation, and a comprehensive benefits package Your Responsibilities • You’ll lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and search strategy through sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and close • You’ll manage approximately 13–15 active requisitions across multiple operating companies • You’ll recruit for Go-to-Market, Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Technology, and Director or VP-level positions • You’ll partner directly with CEOs, founders, and senior leaders, helping them determine the role, level, title, and capabilities their business actually requires • You’ll provide market intelligence on compensation, candidate availability, search strategy, and realistic hiring timelines • You’ll professionally challenge unrealistic hiring requests and recommend practical alternatives while maintaining trusted stakeholder relationships • You’ll build and nurture talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and passive candidate engagement • You’ll learn and represent the culture, values, employer brand, and business model of each operating company • You’ll adapt your approach to different employment agreements, benefits programs, payroll structures, and hiring processes • You’ll serve as a strong brand ambassador for both the organization and its individual operating companies • You’ll help smaller businesses develop thoughtful, effective, and scalable recruitment practices Skills and Qualifications • 7+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience • Strong experience recruiting within SaaS, software, or technology environments • Demonstrated experience recruiting Go-to-Market talent, including Sales, Business Development, and Marketing professionals • Experience recruiting Director and VP-level candidates • Proven ability to partner with CEOs, executives, and senior hiring leaders • Strong full-cycle recruitment capabilities, including proactive sourcing and passive candidate engagement • Consultative approach with the confidence to challenge stakeholders, provide market insights, and recommend alternative strategies • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, influencing, and stakeholder management skills • Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and competing searches • Strong judgment and a quality-focused approach to evaluating and presenting candidates • Collaborative and personable, with the professionalism required to represent multiple organizations and employer brands • Experience combining agency, recruitment consulting, or RPO work with corporate or in-house Talent Acquisition is considered an asset • A polished and engaging LinkedIn presence that reflects your Talent Acquisition expertise and interest in employer branding Note from the Hiring Manager “We’re looking for someone who is more than a recruiter. Requires over 7 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, specifically within SaaS or technology environments. Must have a proven track record of recruiting VP-level candidates and the ability to act as a strategic consultant to senior executives.
