Background Check Requirement: Yes About the Opportunity Our client, a leading organization in the gaming and entertainment sector, is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join its growing Digital Experience team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, well-rounded UX professional who thrives on leading the full design process, from user research and discovery through to design handoff, while helping shape seamless, customer-centered digital experiences. In this role, you will primarily support the organization's lottery portfolio while partnering across multiple business areas as priorities evolve. Working alongside product owners, researchers, developers, and fellow designers, you'll bring strategic thinking, strong facilitation skills, and a deep understanding of customer experience to help deliver intuitive, impactful digital products that improve how customers interact with the organization. Your Responsibilities • You'll lead end-to-end UX activities, including discovery, user research, journey mapping, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and design handoff to development. • You'll translate customer insights, business goals, and technical requirements into intuitive digital experiences that balance user needs with organizational objectives. • You'll facilitate customer journey mapping and service blueprinting workshops to uncover opportunities for continuous experience improvements. • You'll collaborate closely with product owners, developers, researchers, and stakeholders to align on priorities and deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions. • You'll provide strategic UX expertise across multiple product areas, adapting to evolving business needs while maintaining design consistency and quality. • You'll advocate for human-centered design principles and contribute to the ongoing evolution of UX practices, design standards, and collaborative ways of working. Skills and Qualifications • 7+ years of progressive UX design experience delivering end-to-end digital experiences within complex enterprise environments. • Demonstrated expertise in user research, interaction design, information architecture, usability testing, and experience strategy. • Strong experience with customer experience methodologies, including customer journey mapping and service blueprinting. • Advanced proficiency with Figma for wireframing, prototyping, design collaboration, and developer handoff. • Experience designing responsive web and mobile experiences using human-centered design best practices. • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders through strong communication and facilitation skills. • Experience working within Agile product delivery teams and contributing to design systems is considered an asset.
