If you like a fast-paced, physical position that gets you up and moving, this could be the position for you! YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure a safe work environment by keeping safety a top priority * Sort, warehouse, stage, and load/unload cartons in an accurate, safe, and efficient manner * Unload inbound freight/load outbound freight * Separate and load freight on unpacking lines * Stage outbound freight in shipping * Receive and warehouse incoming merchandise into module racks and floor locations * Pull merchandise from racks or move merchandise to open areas for pulling and distribution in replenishment department * Replenish and condense merchandise into most effective locations for order pulling in replenishment department * Operate manual and/or mechanical equipment in a safe and effective manner and maintain proper certifications * Ensure production and quality standards are met * Be open to performing other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: * High school diploma, GED or some high school * Adaptable to change by working within different departments * Ability to maintain an excellent attendance and work record * Must be 18 or older * Ability to operate manual and automated pallet jack equipment as well * Must be adaptable to change by working within different departments PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Lift, carry, push, pull, reach, grasp, bend and stack cartons for the duration of the shift, up to 12 hours at a time * Stand for long periods of time and walk continuously * Pull merchandise from multiple levels of shelving or move merchandise as needed * Climb stairs and perform work at platform heights up to 60 feet * Lift and carry up to 50lbs. Specific weight requirements may vary within each department.
