They will also manage supplier non-conformances, conduct root cause analyses, and participate in supplier qualification audits. Candidates must have a technical education in metallurgy, mechanical, or industrial fields and at least 5 years of experience in quality control or mechanical manufacturing. Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings, knowledge of industry standards like CWB and ASME, and the ability to travel are required.
