Our client, a well-established professional organization, is seeking an Examination Content Development Assistant to join their team on a 5-month contract with potential for extension. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for a tech-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented administrative professional with experience supporting projects, committees, and stakeholders. Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $23 - $25/hour 5-month contract with potential for extension Full-time, 40 hours/week (1 hour lunch unpaid) 35 hours Hybrid role based in Mississauga, ON Flexible hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Free onsite parking Must be available to work onsite during examination dates, including October 13-17, 2026, with a 6:00 AM start on Saturday, October 17 Key Responsibilities Coordinate oral examination training videos and recruit volunteer physicians Maintain and update examination resources on SharePoint and the website Organize committee and stakeholder meetings Coordinate and distribute committee assignments Process expenses, reimbursements, and travel requests with the Finance team Provide support during examination days and Examiner Training Day Keep documents and information organized and up to date Manage multiple deadlines and priorities Qualifications College diploma in Arts, Science, Education, or a related field 2+ years of administrative and project coordination experience Experience supporting committees, stakeholders, or external groups 2+ years of experience using SharePoint or similar shared platforms Strong Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organization Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities Reliable, mature, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Must be available to work occasional weekends At Aplin — together with our brands CompuStaff, Impact Recruitment, and Vantix Systems — we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
