They are responsible for troubleshooting manufacturing challenges, managing technology transfers, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Candidates must hold a university degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Chemical Engineering and possess at least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Strong expertise in solid dosage form development, cGMP regulations, and technical problem-solving is required.
