We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker / Installer to join our team for both residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, and finishing cabinets according to design specifications and blueprints, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Assemble and install cabinets and fixtures Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical designs Operate woodworking machinery (saws, routers, sanders, etc.) Ensure accurate measurements and proper alignment Install hardware such as hinges, handles, and fittings Maintain a safe and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines Minimum 5 years of experience in cabinet making or a related field Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints Strong knowledge of woodworking tools, materials, and techniques Excellent attention to detail and precision Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials Strong communication and teamwork skills Formal training or apprenticeship is a plus Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Career growth and development opportunities Friendly and collaborative work environment Opportunity to work on custom, high-quality projects
