We are looking for an experienced Capital Market Support Engineer to support financial applications and back-office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in capital markets, production support, SQL Server, and incident management. Key Responsibilities: Provide application and production support for capital markets back-office operations. Troubleshoot incidents, system failures, and day-to-day operational issues. Work closely with business users to translate functional gaps into technical requirements. Support trade lifecycle processing, accounting, ledgering, and financial system integrations. Troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, and database-related issues. Support applications built on .NET Framework and technologies involving SQL Server and XML. Use PowerShell scripting for automation and operational support. Monitor scheduled jobs and system processes using Control-M and OBM. Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, maintenance, enhancements, and regression testing. Maintain technical documentation, system reports, and operational procedures. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in capital markets application support or back-office operations. Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2016/2019, SQL, PL/SQL, and stored procedures. Experience in incident management and production support. Knowledge of .NET Framework, XML, and PowerShell scripting. Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes. Experience with Control-M and OBM monitoring tools. Knowledge of trade lifecycle, accounting, and ledgering. Exposure to financial platforms such as FIS, Bloomberg, or BNY is an advantage. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills. Agile/Scrum and system integration experience are preferred.

Requires at least five years of capital markets application support or back-office operations experience, with strong SQL Server, SQL/PL/SQL, incident management, and production support skills. Candidates should also know .NET Framework, XML, PowerShell, CI/CD, Control-M, OBM, and trade lifecycle accounting; experience with financial platforms and Agile/Scrum is preferred.
