Key Responsibilities Team Leadership ? Recruit, train, coach, and mentor staff; build strong, engaged teams; manage performance Culinary Operations ? Oversee daily food production, menu execution, quality control, presentation, and safety Catering Management ? Lead catering functions, special events, client meetings, contracts, floor plans, rentals, and staffing Client & Customer Service ? Build rapport, identify needs, resolve concerns, and ensure exceptional service delivery Operational Excellence ? Manage scheduling, inventory, ordering, production, distribution, and workflow efficiency Financial Management ? Oversee budgets, food and labor costs, purchasing, invoicing, and revenue growth Safety & Compliance ? Enforce food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and regulatory standards Event Execution ? Ensure seamless event delivery, quality service, and adherence to client expectations Business Development ? Seek new clients, grow catering sales, and maintain strong client relationships Administrative Oversight ? Maintain logs, records, inventories, schedules, contracts, and financial documentation Leadership Development ?
