POSITION : Kitchen Assistant LOCATION : Manulife (900 De Maisonneuve Boulevard West, Montréal, QC H3A 0A8) WAGE : $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, based on experience SCHEDULE / HOURS : 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday to Thursday START DATE: Immediate Opening Job Responsibilities General food preparation in the kitchen Prepare vegetables for the salad bar Set up food and service stations Prepare simple grab-and-go products Refill and maintain multiple coffee stations Restock shelves and supplies Assist during meal service Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service Assist with ordering and receiving supplies Support dishwashing operations as needed Help clean and maintain service areas Follow all established safety procedures and regulations Perform other related duties as required Qualifications The ideal candidate must be fluent in both French and English, possess strong customer service skills, and be capable of delivering a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment. 1 to 2 years of experience in food service or hospitality (an asset) Ability to work effectively as part of a team Self-motivated and able to work independently Positive attitude Strong customer service focus Bilingual in French and English BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR ARAMARK Medical and life insurance Dental insurance Employee referral program Employee recognition program Training and development opportunities Career advancement opportunities Uniforms and meals provided The successful candidate for this position will be required to complete and successfully pass a criminal background check and, where applicable, a Vulnerable Sector Check.
