Job Description Aramark is currently seeking a Kitchen Helper for the food service operation at Thread Collective in Ville Saint-Laurent. Position: Kitchen Helper Location: Thread Collective (5001 Levy Street, Saint-Laurent, QC H4R 2N9) Salary: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour, to be discussed during the interview Schedule / Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Schedule will be discussed during the interview. Start Date: Immediately Job Responsibilities Perform general food preparation duties Assist with kitchen setup and mise en place Follow proper food handling and safety procedures Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service Assist with dishwashing duties Participate in food service Stock shelves and refrigerators Clean service areas Follow all established safety regulations and procedures Perform any other related duties as required Qualifications Experience in food preparation is an asset Customer service experience Strong organizational skills Positive attitude Ability to work with minimal supervision Customer service oriented Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset, as some of our customers are English-speaking Benefits Of Working At Aramark Medical and life insurance Employee referral program Employee recognition program Annual sick leave Training and development opportunities Career advancement opportunities On-site parking available Uniforms and meals provided The successful candidate for this position will be required to complete and pass a criminal background check and a vulnerable sector check (if required by the operation).
