Job Description Join our dynamic team as a front-line Tim Horton's associate at our Fleming campus location with Aramark Canada for a Monday to Friday shift. Job Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service to ensure a positive dining experience Prepare food and beverages according to established recipes and safety standards, including coffee, sandwiches, baked goods, and more Operate POS (Point of Sale) for processing sales transactions accurately Manage customer orders efficiently through food service customer order management systems while upselling menu items to enhance sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, including kitchen equipment, counters, dining areas, and food handling stations Handle cash register operations with precision, including processing cash transactions and giving accurate change Assist in operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation activities At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or fast-food environments with a focus on efficiency and quality Familiarity with POS systems Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy periods without compromising service quality Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Knowledge of food safety management practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively in a fast-paced setting Previous experience in retail sales transactions or grocery store environments is advantageous but not required This is position to Monday to Friday days and early evenings This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
