Collaborate with merchandising and advanced concepts teams to align product strategy with brand vision and company goals. Requires a degree in Apparel Design, Industrial Design, or Textile Engineering with over 12 years of industry experience, including 5+ years in leadership. Must possess deep technical knowledge of performance garments and a strong understanding of climbing and snow sports cultures.
