About the Role We are seeking a Weekend PM Millwrights to join our team at our Ancaster bakery. As a Weekend Millwright you will be accountable for routine preventative maintenance, line startup support, and equipment repair ensuring our lines are ready and reliable for production. Shift & Schedule Shift: 36- hour rotating Weekend shift: Friday, Saturday and Sunday or Saturday, Sunday and Monday Compensation Hourly Rate: $47.60 Core Accountabilities (What You’ll be Doing) Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, electronic, control, scaling, and production equipment systems. Perform routine and scheduled maintenance in line with the preventative maintenance program. Carry out installation, modification, and repair work across mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and facility systems. Support site operations by maintaining non-production equipment and infrastructure (cold stores, forklifts, lighting, buildings, etc.). Lead and respond appropriately during emergency situations; handle hazardous materials safely and compliantly. Follow all SOPs, GMPs, health & safety, and food safety requirements, including proper PPE use and hazard reporting. Maintain high standards of housekeeping, take initiative when faults are identified, and complete accurate daily reports.
