Job title: Staff Software Engineer (.NET / Cloud / Microservices) Location: Canada – Fully Remote Employment: Full-Time About the Role We're seeking experienced Staff Software Engineers to drive architecture, development, and delivery of scalable applications for innovative FinTech and SaaS organizations. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end software design, development, and deployment. Drive system architecture, microservices, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Improve CI/CD pipelines, automation, and engineering practices. Mentor developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Requirements 9+ years of software engineering experience. Strong C# and .NET Core expertise; experience with React or Angular. Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, DDD, and REST APIs. Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform. Strong SQL/NoSQL, CI/CD, system design, and technical leadership skills. Nice to Have Python, React Native, AI/ML integration, and AI-assisted development tools.
