This role is permanent, full-time position. The licensed Rental Manager is responsible all Property Management activities. You will oversee a residential leasing portfolio which contains a variety of units form single-family to apartment buildings. The successful candidate will provide strong service leadership to the team, existing owners, and potential and existing tenants. In addition, the Rental Manager performs: Completion of various tasks related to rental management Planning and organizing trades Ensuring smooth units/building transition with shareholders/investors/owners/management companies Liaising with owners/shareholders/strata representatives Carrying out leasing activities Working knowledge of building systems Preparing budgets and understanding financial statements Preparation, submission and follow up on warranty / deficiency issues Strong Interpersonal skills Hands-on approach A team player Comfortable and confident in directing and coaching site staff Confident in liaising with owners/investors Excellent Time management & Organizing ability Computer literacy Good command of the English language with excellent Writing skills Very good verbal communication skills Very good problem solving skills (ability to see the bigger picture and think outside the box.)
