In this role you will be responsible for transportation projects with a focus on highways, roads, and transportation-related infrastructure. Conducting Site investigations, preparing project designs, and preparation of tender documents for road rehabilitation projects for Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors. Experience with Construction supervision and contract administration. QA/QC of Reports, Quantity Estimates, and Construction drawings. Design collaboration and ensuring implementation and compliance of company and client standards and procedures within the scope of assigned projects. Assisting other Technologists, Designers, and Engineers. Does this sound like you? Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited post-secondary institution, with key transportation electives or transportation project experience. Minimum 4 years of transportation experience including experience with Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors. Registered as a Professional Engineer with APEGA. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Committed team player and the ability to work independently. Valid driver’s licence. They must also have strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, hold a valid driver’s licence, and be able to travel within Canada.
