Oversee resource planning, work allocation, and the development of tools to track staff capabilities and performance metrics. Requires an engineering degree in a core discipline and at least 5 years of experience in both design and leading engineering teams. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the nuclear or a similarly regulated industry.
