Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering discipline and possess over 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a defence or military context. A professional engineering (P.Eng.) designation in Canada and eligibility for a Secret or Top Secret security clearance are mandatory.
