Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and be registered as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng) with APEGA, requiring a minimum of 12 years of relevant electrical engineering consulting experience, including at least 3 years managing technical teams. Strong business acumen, client-facing skills, and knowledge of industry standards are essential.
