Do you enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather? Are you motivated, hardworking, and looking for a new opportunity? If so, consider joining ATS Traffic's On-Street Services team as a TCP! You will be responsible for conducting traffic control around cities, construction sites, and major events such as music festivals or sporting events. TCP designs safe lane closures and traffic detours with physical setup and removal of devices such as barricades, pylons, signage, and digital messaging boards. You will also be responsible for assisting on a variety of outdoor installation projects such as roadside signage both large and small, guardrail and cable barrier, and more. RESPONSIBILITIES * Installation of permanent and temporary Traffic Safety equipment for customers * Create and set up work zones according to plan; * Physical setup and removal of devices such as barricades, pylons, signage, digital messaging boards, and AFADs * Assist with all aspects of on-site rental equipment including drop-off and pick-ups for customers * Complete required documentation of delivery/returned equipment * Assist with a large variety of outdoor installation projects from roadside signage to the guardrail and cable barriers * Operate a TMA Truck for use on high-speed roadways * Ensure ATS work vehicles are in good, clean working condition daily * Assisting with equipment maintenance (arrow boards, message boards, etc.) * Conduct traffic control/flagging as needed QUALIFICATIONS * A valid Graduated Class G Driver’s License and a Clean 3-Year Regular Drivers Abstract are required to drive our company vehicles. Class DZ license is preferred for TMA operators. * Approximately 1 year's progressive experience in the Traffic industry is an asset; preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated leadership experience. * Own vehicle to get to and from work is required. Previous experience operating one-ton flat-deck trucks is an asset! * A valid Traffic Control Person (Book 7) ticket is an asset * Previous construction experience, as well as hand/power tool proficiency, is an asset. Requirements

Candidates must possess a valid Class G driver's license with a clean abstract and have the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Previous experience in the traffic or construction industry and proficiency with hand and power tools are considered assets.
