From sushi and teppanyaki to classic stir-fries and dumplings, we offer a wide range of traditional and modern Asian cuisine. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Sushi bar helper to join our back-of-house team. Job Summary: As a Line Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards. You'll work closely with our kitchen team to ensure that every plate is made with consistency, accuracy, and care. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese and Chinese dishes including sushi, and appetizers * Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperature and presented neatly * Follow standardized recipes, portion control, and plating guidelines * Maintain a clean and organized station throughout the shift Requirements: * Proven experience at a sushi bar, preferably in Asian cuisine * Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs What We Offer: * Full time hours * Staff meals and discounts * Opportunities for growth and advancement * A respectful and team-oriented workplace
