About the role We are looking for an experienced and skilled person who will thrive on building rapport and selling great adventures to our customers. If you are passionate about sustainability and you are someone who can bring their exceptional sales techniques to the role, be one of our customer service champions ensuring our expeditioners have the trip of a lifetime, then this could be the role for you. The role of Sales and Customer Service Consultant is responsible for handling inbound sales inquiries via phone calls and emails from both travel agents and consumers, understanding their requirements, providing tailored recommendations, and successfully concluding sales transactions, all while fostering long-term relationships. Excellent relationship building and customer service skills, strong communication, and the ability to thrive working in a fast-paced environment will help you to be a success in the role. These are some qualities that you will possess 3 years’ travel sales and customer service experience preferably within a contact centre environment. Relevant tertiary qualifications, for example tourism, sales or hospitality. Ability to quickly learn and maintain current knowledge of Aurora Expeditions products and services. Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, CRM software (Salesforce preferred), and experience with travel reservations systems is desirable. Requirements

Candidates should have at least 3 years of travel sales and customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment. Relevant tertiary qualifications in tourism, sales, or hospitality are also desired.
