The Drive Ahead * Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies * Promptly unload deliveries, sort and stock receivables * Verify paperwork matches physical shipments and identify any discrepancies * Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and conduct daily cycle counts * Organize and store inventory in a logical, easy-to-retrieve manner * Keep shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat, tidy, and safe * Perform basic housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized shop * Support the team with additional tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly Performance Essentials * 1–2 years of shipping/receiving or related experience * High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs periodically throughout a shift * Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills * Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team * Dependable, reliable, and eager to learn * Full-time availability — Tuesday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week) Bannister Accessories * Competitive wages based on industry benchmarks * Extended benefits package, including health, dental, and vision care * Group RSP contribution program for long-term financial support * Unlimited career growth across the Bannister Automotive Group — internal candidates are prioritized * Ongoing training and professional development Bannister Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer and committed to providing a respectful, inclusive workplace.
