Our fast paced, well established dental office is seeking a dynamic, outgoing, Full Time Experienced Dental Receptionist. Do you excel in customer service, are self-motivated, a quick learner, and able to work in a fast-paced environment? Do you hold exceptional skills in multi-tasking, organizing, and have an excellent command of the English language (both oral and written)? Candidates must be willing to work as part of a team, and utilize your communication skills with patients and team members effectively. The right candidate should have experience in treatment plans and experience in dealing with insurance companies. (Claims, payments, payments allocation and deadline ) ensure accuracy of patient ledgers Previous Dental Reception experience is mandatory for this role and experience with Dentally software would be an asset. The responsibilities and expectations of this position include but are not limited to treatment coordination, Insurance coordination, scheduling appointments, payment collection, and other administrative tasks. Requirements
Previous dental reception experience is mandatory, along with experience handling treatment plans and insurance companies. Candidates should have strong customer service, communication, multitasking, organizational, and administrative skills; experience with Dentally software is an asset.
