Responsible for the generation and review of an initial RFB draft package and continued development Designing, writing, and editing content destined for public consumption, including digital services, mobile applications Experience with proven frameworks, methodologies, models, and tools. Writing, design, delivering, evaluating, and maintaining user-centered web content. F Understanding of Government policies, standards, and legislation relating to digital service delivery SEO, journey mapping, user stories, information architecture, content auditing and evaluation, wireframing, prototyping, persona development, user research French language and accessibility standards (FLSA, AODA / WCAG 2.0 AA). Contract award activities as required, including preparation of the draft Form of Agreement (FOA). Requirements

Knowledge of government digital-service policies and legislation, SEO, user research, and French-language and accessibility standards is relevant; Canadian public-sector experience is an asset.
