The Client Service Representative is responsible for maintaining and servicing a profitable book of business by managing underwriting information and insurance documentation. They will also handle client inquiries, prepare invoicing, and ensure all policy deliverables and deadlines are met. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in insurance brokerage and hold an AMF-issued insurance broker's license. A university degree in business or finance is preferred, along with strong bilingual communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
