The Human Resources Advisor will provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy development while ensuring compliance with provincial employment legislation. They will also collaborate on engagement initiatives, manage leave of absences, and facilitate training and development programs for managers. Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in an HR Advisor or Business Partner role with strong knowledge of provincial employment legislation. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and French are required, with a professional HR designation considered an asset.
