We partner closely with candidates and organizations to create thoughtful, long-term career connections built on trust, industry knowledge, and confidentiality. The Opportunity An established restaurant organization is seeking an accomplished multi-location operations leader to guide a portfolio of full-service restaurants. This position is responsible for building strong leadership teams, improving business performance, and ensuring each location delivers a consistent guest and employee experience. The successful candidate will be highly visible in the restaurants, working directly with General Managers, culinary leaders, and their teams. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance people development, operational discipline, financial accountability, and thoughtful growth. Key Responsibilities • Provide leadership and direction across a designated group of restaurants. • Coach and develop General Managers and culinary leaders, strengthening accountability, decision-making, and succession readiness. • Partner with restaurant leadership to improve sales, profitability, labour management, cost controls, and overall operating results. • Ensure consistent execution of service, food quality, cleanliness, safety, and operating standards. • Complete regular restaurant visits, business reviews, and operational assessments, then establish clear follow-up priorities. • Support annual planning and budgeting while helping leaders understand and manage their financial results. • Identify performance gaps early and provide practical coaching, resources, and action plans. • Promote a positive, respectful culture that supports retention, recognition, and leadership growth. • Provide support for guest concerns and complex restaurant issues when senior leadership involvement is required. • Contribute to broader operational planning, local sales initiatives, restaurant openings, and business improvement projects. Candidate Profile • More than 2 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-location, full-service restaurant operations. Preference will be given to those applicants who come from a corporate and franchise operations background. • Previous success as a General Manager in a high-volume full-service restaurant environment. • Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including sales, labour, food costs, budgeting, and profit performance. • A practical coaching style with a track record of developing confident, accountable restaurant leaders. • Sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations. • Clear communication skills and the confidence to work effectively with restaurant teams and senior leadership. • Working knowledge of restaurant technology and common business applications. • Solid understanding of food safety, workplace safety, and applicable operating requirements. • Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned market. • Post-secondary education in business, hospitality, or a related field is considered an asset. What This Opportunity Offers • A meaningful regional leadership role with direct influence on people, performance, and the guest experience. • The opportunity to work alongside experienced operational leaders and contribute to future growth. • Access to leadership development and continued career progression. • A performance-based compensation structure aligned with business results. • Involvement in new restaurant development and other strategic operating initiatives. Confidentiality To protect the privacy of the organization and its team, specific company details will be provided to candidates whose experience aligns with the requirements of the position. Out-of-country applications will not be considered for this opportunity. Applicants must currently reside in Canada.
