We are proud to provide these amazing benefits: Competitive wages Access to on-demand pay – get your money as soon as you earned it through Dayforce Wallet Profit-sharing Flexible group medical and dental Fitness and Wellness reimbursement Training and Development allowance Group RRSP matching Up to 20% rental discounts, and more! ___________________________________________________________ Responsibilities Ensure the health, comfort and safety of our Customers Ensure daily communication with the Leader and team members Suite maintenance and touch ups as per established quality standards Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment Drywall removal, repair and replacement Ceiling stipple repair and replacement Prepare surfaces for painting by mudding, sanding, patching etc. Painting suites as scheduled Ensure contractors arrive as per scheduled timelines and complete their work as per the conditions of contract Ensure proper and accurate inventory management Complete all required paperwork for the position Complete other tasks as assigned by the Leader Work in compliance with Health and Safety regulations Work as a team with other staff members to ensure goals are met Experience And Educational Requirements Minimum 2 years painting experience required Sprayer Application Experience Required Experience with cabinet installation, water restoration, mould remediation, pest control, confined space work, etc. would be an asset Technical Requirements Working knowledge of English language both verbal and written Complete all required administration for the position on a tablet Non-Technical Requirements Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service Dedicated to building better communities for all our Customers and surrounding communities Ability to take responsibility for all actions and decisions and to follow through until a resolution is obtained Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Strong planning and organizational skills coupled with ability to multi-task and prioritize (excellent time-management skills) Ability to work independently (self-managed) and with other Associates in a team environment Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and be flexible in nature Displays a high level of initiative and commitment to excellence Demonstrates a positive attitude, enthusiasm and assertiveness Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment Ensure all tools on the tool list are acquired prior to end of probationary period ___________________________________________________________ Interested applicants are invited to submit a cover letter and resume. Requires a minimum of 2 years of painting experience and proficiency with sprayer applications. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 90kg and possess strong organizational and customer service skills.
