Boston Pizza Seton is located in one of Calgary’s fast-growing, up-and-coming communities, and we’re focused on building a lounge that becomes the neighbourhood go-to. We have a vibrant, energetic crowd and are looking for outgoing Lounge Servers who can help us build lasting relationships with our guests. We want people who genuinely enjoy getting to know their tables, remembering faces and names, and creating the kind of experience that makes guests want to come back again and again. Our lounge is about more than grabbing a drink, we host Trivia Nights, Name That Tune, Live Music, Happy Hour, Sports and other events throughout the year. We’re looking for servers who can bring personality and energy to every shift and help us continue growing our regular guest base. 🍕 What We’re Looking For Outgoing, bubbly and confident personalities Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to and getting to know guests Strong ability to build connections and turn new guests into regulars Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment Able to balance great conversation with efficient, attentive service Positive attitude and strong team mentality Comfortable engaging with guests during events, sports and entertainment nights Reliable, punctual and motivated Previous serving/lounge experience is an asset ProServe required 🕒 Availability We’re looking for team members with strong availability, particularly for: Evenings Weekends Holidays Event and entertainment nights 🎶 Why Boston Pizza Seton? The lounge server is responsible for building lasting relationships with guests and providing attentive, energetic service. They will manage tables, engage with customers during events, and contribute to a vibrant atmosphere.

Candidates must have an outgoing, confident personality and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A ProServe certification is required, and previous serving experience is considered an asset.
