Administer and optimize our ERP system, Fulcrum, to streamline inventory management, order processing, production scheduling, and supply chain operations. (ERP implementation in progress.) Conduct cost analysis and provide financial oversight of production activities, ensuring efficient use of resources. Maintain strong vendor relationships and manage purchasing and procurement processes. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in operational and financial processes. Prepare and present financial data to support management decision-making. What You Will Need Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial controlling, accounting, or a similar role. Proven expertise with QuickBooks Online and ERP systems (experience with Fulcrum or similar platforms is considered an asset). Strong understanding of manufacturing or production shop operations.
