Your role involves patrolling the premises, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding promptly to any security incidents or emergencies. You will enforce resort policies, assist guests and employees as needed, and collaborate with local authorities when necessary. Attention to detail, excellent observation skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential in this role. By maintaining a vigilant presence and providing a sense of security, you will contribute significantly to the overall well-being and peace of mind of everyone at Cabot Cape Breton, fostering a secure environment for our guests and staff. Candidates must have previous security experience, valid CPR and First Aid certification, and the ability to pass a criminal background check. The role requires physical stamina for walking and lifting, as well as the flexibility to work day, evening, night, and weekend shifts.
