This role includes monitoring animal life support systems, performing preventive maintenance, and coordinating with contractors to ensure 24/7 facility functionality. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of building operations experience and proven expertise in HVAC, mechanical, and control systems. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a collaborative, multi-trade environment are required.
