They must also maintain knowledge of local infrastructure and ensure all mail is securely handled. Candidates must possess a valid class 5 or G driver's license with a satisfactory driving record and a personal vehicle meeting specific cargo and equipment requirements. The ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lb is also mandatory.
