Maintenance Parts & Inventory Coordinator 📍 London, Ontario | Full-Time | On-Site Pay: $28.50/hour starting We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Parts & Inventory Coordinator to join a manufacturing maintenance team in London, ON. This is a hands-on role responsible for managing maintenance spare parts, MRO inventory, storeroom organization, CMMS inventory data, purchasing, receiving, RFQs, and supplier coordination. The successful candidate will initially support a major production-line project and inventory consolidation initiative, including identifying, cataloguing, organizing, relocating, and consolidating maintenance parts. Key Responsibilities: Manage maintenance spare parts, MRO inventory, consumables, and supplies Maintain accurate CMMS inventory data, part descriptions, quantities, and locations Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies Establish and maintain Min/Max levels and identify critical spares Support maintenance BOM development Maintain an organized and controlled maintenance storeroom Support RFQs, purchase orders, supplier follow-up, and expediting Receive and verify incoming maintenance materials Coordinate warranty returns, repairs, and inventory adjustments Support inventory consolidation and obsolete/excess material identification Work closely with Maintenance, Engineering, skilled trades, Purchasing, suppliers, and contractors Qualifications: Experience with industrial maintenance parts, MRO inventory, maintenance storerooms, purchasing, or materials coordination Manufacturing or industrial experience strongly preferred Experience with CMMS, ERP, inventory, or purchasing systems Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills Ability to identify and research industrial mechanical and electrical components Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable working both at a computer and hands-on in a manufacturing environment Assets: CMMS SAP Maintenance BOM development Critical-spares management Min/Max inventory management Industrial/MRO purchasing Inventory consolidation or equipment relocation experience A skilled-trades licence is not required, but strong industrial maintenance knowledge and technical aptitude are important. 📩 Interested candidates can apply with their resume to raksha@canadianexecutivesearch.com

Requirements

Candidates should have experience with CMMS, ERP, inventory, or purchasing systems, strong Excel and communication skills, and the technical aptitude to identify industrial mechanical and electrical components.
