What you’ll do

Lead and motivate Service and Parts teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences while achieving department growth goals. Manage budgets, forecasting, and external partnerships to improve overall fixed operations efficiency.

Requirements

Requires over 5 years of leadership experience in automotive service or parts, including heavy-duty or truck/trailer experience. Must possess a valid Class 5 driver's license and a proven ability to manage people and performance metrics.
