Depuis 1955, le Carnaval de Québec se donne comme mission d'organiser une fête populaire hivernale qui génère à Québec une activité économique, touristique et sociale de première qualité et dont les gens de la région seront fiers. Désormais une tradition bien ancrée dans le paysage culturel québécois, on dit que le Carnaval est le plus gros rassemblement d'hiver au monde !
