What You'll Do Taking care of our people is in our nature, so you'll enjoy: Starting wage of $33.03/hr, paid weekly 24/5 operations with a weekly rotating schedule across three shifts, or a 24/7 continental schedule consisting of 12-hour shifts. Your Day-to-day Operate and monitor the single facer section of the corrugator to produce quality board that meets production specifications. Set up, adjust, and maintain machine settings to optimize performance, productivity, and product quality. Monitor paper, adhesive application, temperature, pressure, and machine performance throughout production runs. Inspect product quality regularly and make adjustments as required to meet customer and manufacturing standards. Troubleshoot operating issues and respond quickly to minimize downtime and waste. Perform routine cleaning, inspections, and basic preventive maintenance activities. Communicate effectively with the Double Backer Operator, Dry End team, maintenance personnel, and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow. Follow established production procedures, quality standards, and operating instructions. Maintain accurate production and quality records as required. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, quality, and safety. Strictly adhere to all company health and safety policies, procedures, and programs. Promote a safe working environment by identifying hazards and following lockout, housekeeping, and safe work practices. Your strengths as a Single Facer Operator You are a strong fit for this role if you have: A high school diploma or equivalent. The ability to read and write English. Knowledge of feeder and stacker operations. Basic math and computer skills. Experience operating corrugated, laminating, printing, or similar production equipment. Strong knowledge of health and safety programs, policies, and safe work practices. The ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively under production deadlines.
