The Window Installer is responsible for installing Cascadia's high-performance windows and doors throughout the Greater Vancouver Area. Qualifications Construction experience and knowledge of installation practices for windows & doors. 1-3 years of window and door installation experience. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Experience caulking, sheathing & detailing building envelopes. Able to read blueprints and work order specifications. Comfortable working with heights and scaffolding. Honest, reliable, professional, and a problem solver. Positive attitude and the ability to take direction. Self-motivated and proud of workmanship. Open to a background check. General List Of Responsibilities Determine layout and installation procedures. Measure and mark guidelines for installation. Installation of high-performance windows and doors. Meticulous foaming and caulking. Envelope detailing, in keeping with modern best practices. General labour, as required. Requirements

Candidates should have construction experience and 1–3 years of window and door installation experience, along with knowledge of installation practices, caulking, sheathing, and building-envelope detailing. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required; candidates must also be able to read blueprints, work safely at heights and on scaffolding, and be reliable, professional, self-motivated, and open to a background check.
